Oversight contract

The oversight contract includes 2 stages :

1° Diagnosis :
Real starting-point of the whole fundings research process, it aims at identifying the different measures the company can pretend to be eligible concerning these projects, according to various criteria.

This diagnosis allows to understand the company, its business activity, environment and projects. These data are collected not only to identify the different subsidies which could correspond to the company's project but also to evaluate the possibilities for its projects to answer to the numerous eligibility criteria required. A report submitted to the company summarises these results.

2° The oversight:
The diagnosis allows making out an oversight file to inform the company about all the new measures which are likely to bring company's interest.
Without any extra, we keep our customers informed about the latest evolutions concerning its projects and its current or future activities.
We evaluate, within a few days, the different funding possibilities for each new project we are consulted.

The oversight is a provision of services paid on the basis of a lump amount which gives way to the report concerning the diagnosis and to continuous oversight without any fees.
Two meetings are generally enough to collect the needed data.

Structuring projects

According to companies, 3E SERVICES acts all along the whole application process: structuring projects, deposit to competent bodies, oversight of the decisions.

The payment is conditioned on the result, according to an estimate previously approved by the company. It is established according to the files complexity and to the amount solicited.

Our commitments

Once all the files have been collected to structure the project, 3E SERVICES is committed, in case of no return on investment within 12 months, to refund the initial fees perceived during the oversight diagnosis stage (minus 35% for internal fees).

Confidentiality clause

The company's projects are naturally subjected to very strict confidentiality rules. If the competition has access to important information, it can happen irreparable damages. Consequently 3e Services members intervention within the company and the collected data processing are subjected to confidentiality.
