Founded in October 1987 by Mr Patrice L'HOTE and running Manager, 3E SERVICES network, located in St VIT, next to Besançon, aims at providing managers with public funds awarded by Brussels, the State and local authorities for encouraging companies' development.

The increasing complexity when awarding public aids is directly linked to the increasing role of Brussels (more than 7000 existing subsidies). It is therefore quite an uneasy way for managers to apply for fundings, especially when they are not aware of the measures they are are eligible to. Trying to get through the different steps of the procedure can rapidly become a tremendous challenge.

3E SERVICES has acquired technical skills and expertise over the last years, allowing the network to rely on a permanent updated database as well as a technical center in charge of the grants applications.
